  • Need a PSU

My dad is getting this mobo with an i5 2500k - https://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Comp...roductId=43891

Can you spec a basic PSU that will do the job. It will also have a GTX570 in it

    Thanks.

Any decent 550 - 650 watt unit will do the job just fine, Nick.

Thank you. Was unsure about the whole modular and non-modular thing

Modular just means the cables detach from the unit. Just make sure you go for a good brand, but feel free to run it past us before you pull the trigger.

          63632 Recommended.

64025 Probably if you want to do it on the cheap. But I'd always recommend investing in a solid PSU. The 27 difference between the two is because the former is based on a Seasonic platform (best OEM out there) and is modular. The latter would 'do the job' though I'm sure.

We were on a budget so went for the EVGA. Ordered and arrived a day later. Amazing service as always! Thank you. And the pack of Haribo went down a treat
