    i have a 360 xspc x360 and a res/pump unit

i used TX-3 on the processor with a cover/spread based installation (not sure if it is the best way)

what temps should i say WOH BOY to ?? 90c ??

Maybe you need pump up VTT to 1.3v an vcore to 1.4v

Which block using on the cpu?

To be honest on water your cpu should be relative safe upto 1.5v
    but for 24/7 usage i wouldn't exceed 1.45v vcore

[QUOTE=k3vst3r;687801]That's 32nm chip iirc anyhow if your new to overclocking, an need know what's what regards to settings, take a look at these guides http://www.techreaction.net/2010/09/...-buyers-guide/

    Yours should be gulftown guide
Well i followed the guide and man WHAT A HEAD **** but i have got it stable at 4.2gig with 2005Mhz ram a 21x multi and 1.375 on the Vcore and 1.225 on the QPI/VTT (i think this is the QPI/DRAM on this board) i have 1.65 on the ram and top temp on the first core is 76c after intel burn test

I have tested it over and over and over again and it is stable (i hope)

this guide was good but at the 1.375 max i am willing to go i cant get the CPU any higher as it fails IBT !!

Any Idears where to go next ?

Yes i have seen that thread b4 but i find it hard to read it and understand it and alot of it is hard to put to the P6X58D-E so i was just wondering what voltage and overclocking others with this board have done!!

I have SOOOOO MANY voltage settings but i read that people hit 4.5G on the 970 with only cpu volt increase MINE WONT so wondering what is differant

ALSO is it worth the flash to bios 0405 from 0303 ( i have no issues with stabillity at the mo)
