  • Memory for the Asus Maximus Hero

    Apart from the corsair stuff I'm struggling to find some ram for this board.

    Looking for 8gb

    any recommendations ?

    Should add it will have a i5 4670k on the board

        Like the look of that ripjaw memory.

        So that will definitely work as it's not on on the list from the Asus site ?

          memory I have isn't on list either, but works just the same

              2400 is stock speed for my ram

              but will overclock further if ramp up memory voltages, but 2400 cas 10 is fast enough tbh

                Sounds good to me. Was gonna get some 1866 but I can get this for roughly the same price

                        The chances of memory not working is very slim now. There's hardly any point in having a list in all fairness but you do get sticks of RAM (I'm a prime example) that do not play nicely with the board(s).
