Ultra Portables have enjoyed some good press coverage recently, mainly due to the success of a certain ASUS model. Now that everyone else is trying to grab a slice of that new pie, how will MSI's equally nonsensically named model fare? With the base level Wind model running SUSE Linux coming in at $399, MSI are certinaly pitching at Eee territory. That version will come with 512MB of RAM and an 80GB HDD, with a Windows XP version doubling the RAM, adding Bluetooth and a battery upgrade for $549. There will also be two display sizes - 8.9" and 10", with only the latter being available stateside. Other standard features should include a 1.6GHz Atom processor, card reader, webcam and 3 USB ports. MSI will even sell you the dinky notebook in four different colors: black, white, silver and pink.
