Crash to BSOD every time after 1 hour

Well, that seems to have solved the problem (hopefully not speaking too soon). Thanks to all that provided help so quickly and effectively.

Interesting last comment Seb - I know that SSDs degrade over time/use but is this indicative of a weakness and can I expect this to reoccur within a short timescale?

You should be ok, I was referring to a firmware update by Crucial that when the drives hit a certain counter they would BSOD, then when you booted it would only last 59 minutes or something before trying to add the counter again and it would BSOD.
