  • Problem with setting up an RMA

Hello, first off received my order quickly so thanks

It appears i need to RMA the motherboard ref - WS1352577 this item appeared to be opened as in there was no tape/sticker as you would expect new it is also missing two of the cables i believe should come with the board and board does not post tried various other components to get to this conclusion.

I am trying to create an RMA but when trying to continue it asks for the post code to which i have tried in various formats and the page just refreshes not allowing me to continue any thoughts?

    Regards

Try doing it through the order history section.
I am not losing weight! I'm getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again!

          Hey Zodiark,

I can see the RMA request showing now, the reason for the none post would be down the the BIOS i'd imagine

          http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/G...1x#support-cpu

          F10 required for the new 2200 + 2400

BIOS F3 is first release, and its unlikely F10 will be in the distribution channel yet

          http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/G...-1x#support-dl

yeah i figured even left a little letter in the box for your guys. I do not have a ryzen 7 to get this booted and updated this is still viable for rma? ie for your guys to fix in 5mins lol

I assume if i am buying it with a processor that states it supports the cpu. i should be expecting this to work out the box? or am i mistaken.

            Also whatsup Ian

I'm not sure Zodiark, AMD have decided to stop the USB Bios update feature with the long hold of reset button which was so useful years ago.
