  • **New Enquiry** | I have a problem with an order, Return.

    I need to return an item from an order but a few problems.

    1. I think i binned the order slip that came with it. I cant find it.
    2. There is no track of the order on my aria account.

    I paid for the items via an amazon account in the checkout which didnt belong to me. Perhaps this is why its not showing up? I am sure I had logged in with my aria account though.

    Nonetheless I have no evidence of the order. I ordered a case and dvd drive...I need to return the case as it was no good. The case was only like 15-20 anyway and im not sure how much i will be charged to return it.

    Any ideas/help here please?

    Hi,

    Your best bet is to call Customer Service on Monday.

    They will deal with the return and provide all the information you require.

    The forum is an unofficial contact method and in busy periods is not monitored by the Aria staff.
