Looked like a really good offer, until I saw "Purchased between June 2, 2012 and Jan 31, 2013".

Microsoft nearly, just nearly, managed to follow Apple's upgrade policy when it comes to OSes!

This specifies purchasing a new PC, but in practise what's the difference between purchasing a PC from Aria (or any other vendor) with an OEM version of Windows 7 installed, as opposed to purchasing an OEM version of Windows 7 and installing it on your own new build or upgrade?

I'd hardly call it an upgrade but some people might want it.

When have Microsoft ever let us down by bringing out a new OS?
