Yes this is true. I can't imagine how confused this person was...

b) Someone sent back a motherboard snapped in half because he couldnt get it to work.

Also true. I recall it was an issue with his soundcard..

c) We got 50" Plasma TV sent back wrapped in bin bags.

Sad but true. A customer thought a few microns of bin bag would protect his £3000 (at the time) plamsa from all that Parcel Force could throw at it. Sadly he was mistaken and the reulting mess looked like the reults of an explosion in a tv factory.
