hi, been ages since i last purchased something from aria, but on thursday I made an order and paid through amazon because it seemed quicker than the usual way.
problem is the order never showed up on my aria account, all we got was an email from amazon payments saying payment confirmed and then another saying it's been dispatched, yet there is no tracking at all, well, expect a 9 digit tracking code that doesn't work on any tracking sites i tried it on.

how do i find out when it will arrive?

Hi there

Can I move a thread?

I have tried to use my initiative and had threads moved - thanks Spaceboy - so instead Ihave posted query in Genaral hardware. Only I haven't had a response. I guess that it was the most obvious one and should have gone in sound but tried the safe option. I would give link to see if I have indeed placed it incorrectly but not sure how to do that.

How can I do this? Hopefully it might get a better response.

Also how regularly should I check posts and expect a response? I was advised to leave it a couple of days but sometimes I might not have accessed for a while and either nobody has answered or the post seems to have died, possibly due to my lack of care and attention. Is there an appropriate response time or one that I decide to try asking a better question?

been doing a few wish list builds lately for comps and in the build advice section, and there have been a few things noticeable by their absence, namely Mushkin, like no SSD's ?? and a seriously reduced RAM selection from them, with only a few basics listed.

Is this a sign of shifting changes, or just a stock flow problem getting stuff in ? ... especially interested, as i am a fan of their stuff and have found the quality to be faultless so far

Please, please, please show both inc and exc VAT in a wishlist

Shopping cart shows all prices EXC vat, regardless of the button state in the top bar, wishlist shows INC vat again, regardless of the vat view setting.

I can't find what changed price since I created a wishlist without sitting here with a calculator :(

My wishlist total is £816.31, inc vat. I click add to basket and even when not signed in (so delivery is included) the cart total is £807.16, but because one shows INC and the other EXC I have a confused customer (and me!)

Much :robin: rage

We already have an option to display prices with or without vat in the basket, although it still goes a little odd in the wish lists.

Could we also add to that the following, for each account, and saved as preferences type thing.....

Default product layout selection List/Details
Default quantity per page
Default Ordering
Fill Screen space option

I have a 120meg connection, and i get bored constantly setting, List/200/Sort by Price Ascending for every section i go into :D

In relation to the fill screen space option..... why does the site (and it's not just you guys) only cover half my available screen width ? this seems to be a very worrying trend, the more mobile crap that connects to the net, the more crippled websites are becomming, very soon well be asking for "align left" or right options in browsers, and dropping side by side frames inside one browser tab/window

Also, while i'm on the request train of thought, this is getting very, very annoying.........

can we kill the hover over script on the products tab, and make it click commanded, or move the products tab off somewhere we wont constantly run over it with the mouse whilst trying to login ?? - it covers up way too much screen
