QPR striker Loic Remy has been arrested on suspicion of rape.

The 26-year-old forward is alleged to have raped a 34-year-old woman in west London on May 6.

From what I've read the BT sport package will be £10 a month for BT customers, £12 a month for Sky customers and prices have not yet been released for Virgin Media customers.

I like the idea of all the extra programmes like what the U.S have but thats a fair bit of money to throw at it each month seeing as (on VM anyway) its free on ESPN at the moment.

The FA have continually stated that all games that impact on promotion need to be completed by May 7th

My team, Darlington, currently sit at 116 points after 44 games, 2 more to go.

The team in 2nd, Spennymoor, are 23 points behind, but with 7 games in hand, theyve had a great season and have got to the final of 3 cup competitions, including the FA Vase, to be honest they are a great team.

However it now seems that the northern League have extended their season by almost 2 weeks to fit in their backlog, going against what the FA previously stated, but looking like they have persuaded the FA otherwise, the argument being that it would be unfair to try and play so many games, whilst at the same time denying us the opportunity to re-arrange 1 game that we had to squeeze in last week instead so we played 5 times in 10 days.

The issue I have, is that whilst it might not bother Darlo, it could if we lose both our games, but Im hopeful that wont happen, its the fact that if you look at Guernsey, they have scheduled games for 3 days running twice already, and their last 4 games of the season are on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th of May. They are doing this to still be eligible for promotion.

This was an issue that many fans in the Northern League would arise a few months ago, but we were told it wouldnt be a problem, again the powers that be make themselves look like they couldnt organise a p up in a brewery.

Anyway, just thought I would share :)
