Aria Bytes

My aria bytes have not been added on from my last online purchase, which was nearly 2 weeks ago. In the past when ive paid with my visa card online i've been awarded them fine, and i've only used the same method this time, but this time i was not awared any? does anyone know why this is?

oh sorry, ive just noticed Sharpshooter has posted the same problem, i have also emailed aria too about this and no reply so far, my order number details are:
