Compatible Components?

I'm just about to make these couple of upgrades; can anyone see any potential compatibility problems with these and does it sound like it will be a reasonable system?

I currently have an asus P5Ne-SLi mobo, Dual Core 6400 @ 2.13ghz, 2x2gb ocz reaper 800mhz, 2x nvidia geforce 7300gs, Windows XP Media Center. I'm going to upgrade to Vista Home Premium 64bit.

I'm planning to go for this gpu as recommended by the forum

I'm keeping my current cpu for the time being (which won't be overclocked cos I don't know enough about that), but if it can't keep up I shall be purchasing this one
