Hi all
Just recently bought a Gladiator Evolution H20 Intel (Order No SORT073513)

The computer been working great since it arrived, but last night after exiting a game and opening another the computer froze.
I had to reset the computer to get it going and on booting up had a graphics problem.

The computer is showing the EVGA 580 in the device’s but showing a problem.

I checked to make sure all the connection are intact and re-installed the the graphic drivers but this did not solve the problem.
I include a couple of picture

I know CS does not work weekends, but thought some of you on the forum would be able to shed some light on this.

Ouch :( Sorry to hear about the troubles.

It looks to me like either the graphics card needs replacing, or it's possible come loose - which is doubtful as most PCI Express slots have a little retaining clip to help keep things secure.

If the card looks solidly installed, then it's most likely RMA time as it looks like the card needs replacing :(

Just my 2p based on the screenshots, hopefully CS will be along with a definitive answer :)

Have to agree with Spaceboy, looking at the screen shots I'd say the GPU needs replacing.

Hi Falcon, Apologies for the issues you are experiencing. That indeed does look like a faulty Graphics card.

I can instruct Customer Services to arrange a collection of the Graphics card or machine (I'd suggest returning the whole machine) And we can collect it free of charge via CityLink and get it repaired and shipped back out to you asap.

However, do you feel confident removing the Graphics card yourself?

I'd suggest re-seating it first.

Thank you for the quick reply Josh.

I have done as you have suggested and removed and refitted the card but unfortunately it did not make any difference.
I think it would be better to return the system as you have already stated.
Just let me know what needs to be returned with it (i.e. Box of spares)
I hope this can be sorted quickly and efficiently, just as the rest of your services have been.
