View Full Version : Stock doesn't exist

I recently ordered a system + monitor and wanted to find out the specs of the monitor, I've gone to order history and both items are there, I click the monitor and it says there are no matches, strange I thought so I copied and pasted the exact item name into the search bar:

22" Arianet Widescreen LCD Monitor With DVI - Piano Black

and there are no results, it's as though the product never existed.

I'm just wanting to make sure that my order has been processed and that is the monitor I will be getting? As I haven't had anything telling me it's discontinued or anything.

My first thought was "Sold out" but I assume there would still be a page for it indicating there is no stock.

When items go out of stock, they become invisible so thers no mistake and so that people cannot accidentally buy them. As for your order, has it been processed and sent out? if so then dont worry, if not there might be some trouble, a guy called Jon Woad will be able to update you tomorrow in working hours.

Oh ok, thats a relief then thanks. No my order hasn't been dispatched yet, I got a phonecall earlier verifying who I was and where I lived and needed it delivering to (having it delivered to my uni address rather than my billing address), the lady said she would be putting the order through, this was at around 11am and I haven't recieved a dispatch e-mail.

Hopefully it will be dispatched tomorrow (or it might be dispatched same time as the system which has an approx 4 day build time)

I'll wait for the update :) Thanks again.

The monitor has just gone out of stock, dont worry about it being discontinued :)

Ordered a cable, stuck on processing. 40 mins of being on hold to be told out of stock. Meant to have got them in stock today, people can click buy again but my order still processing.

Doesnt look like im getting it for tomorow when i mainly needed it for.

That sucks :( is there not an alternate cable they could send instead?

Speaking of I wonder if my order is being held up by the monitor issue, I should check if I can switch for an in stock monitor to speed things up if that's the case.
