View Full Version : 9800GT 512MB vs HD 4830
TY for those who suggested the two graphic cards for my future system, but now another important question, "which of these two cards would be best"?
This question follows another thread on this forum: http://forums.aria.co.uk/showthread.php?t=8480
nVidia GeForce 9800GT 512MB vs MSI Radeon HD 4830 512MB
TY
I'd go for the 9800GT as I've seen many ATi's with problems to trust them.
In Toms chart they are equal on the hierarchy

for driver support, game effects and hassle free use I would go with the Nvidia!

You think the Aria people will add the card to the Mobo? A close fit always makes me nervous; hmm well almost all. :) (going to get edited)
you mean fit the gfx card then send it with mobo in a big box?

At the top of the thread I put in the link to the other thread concerning the pc I'm buying and that pc has no graphic card included, so..
Original plan was to buy the pc at http://www.aria.co.uk/Systems/Home+Range/Proteus/Gladiator+Proteus+Home+Performer+PC+?productId=311 17
Now, I'll buy the psu : Hiper 530w PSU HPU-4M530 Quickcode: #29045
and graphic card: nVidia GeForce 9800GT 512MB PCI-E
to be included in this purchase, but then the question is if Aria will add these items to the unit or just send them to me for installation?
We can customise your order as we build them on site, give sales a ring and they'll be able to help :)
