I have the http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIetTm2mOwU (ECS AMD690GM-M2 AMD) motherboard and was thinking of buying http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/PCI-E/nVIDIA+GeForce+9+Series/nVidia+GeForce+9500GT+512MB+PCI-E+Passive+Cooling+?productId=33062 , I know that my motherboard only has a PCI-E 1.1 but this is PCI-E 2.0 so will not be able to gain all the features, but this doesn't matter. If I was to purchase that graphics card would there be any other restrictions ? Other than it fitting on my motherboard, which it will .

Would love feedback, thanks

Hi welcome to the forum :) , you have obviously done some homework anyway as you know pcie2 cards are backwards compatible with pcie 1.1 motherboards and the restrictions that got with it etc etc but other than that i see no reason why that graphics card shouldn't work in your motherboard.

Yes it should work but what type of case do you have? My graphics card doesn't physically fit very well :P as its a micro-atx motherboard in a micro atx card, which needs a smaller length bracket.

It's actually quite a large case considering the size of the motherboard. Had a good look inside and I think it should fit pretty well.

Thanks for replys :P
