i was already testing this elsewhere :) http://www.aria.co.uk using the link button seems to return the cursor to the start of the url, I just hit "end" and the link is formed correctly http://www.aria.co.uk <<this one I used the mouse to put the cursor in the right place

hopefully I'll get someone who is affected to post a video so I can see how it happens
