Still processing...:(

I placed an order for some PC parts on Friday and phoned the Aria customer service team on Monday to confirm they'd be arriving Tuesday. They didn't:( so I phoned again today and I was assured they'd be shipping today, but still my order status says processing...?! Can someone please confirm they've been shipped today, my money was taken from my account on friday and I urgently need the parts!
