Hello, I place an order on 23th December and I was assured that it will arrive to me on 24th December. It wasn't, due Christmas, no problem. :) But... Yesterday I called Aria and at 16:37 I received the email which announce my that the order was dispatched. The problem is that, even now, I can't track my order on City Link and the status of order is still Processing... From City Link tracking system I got "Job Number 'EC1070370' Does Not Exist" I'm living on Isle of Man and I'm afraid I won't get my order this year and this could be a little problematic due to the fact I won't be home first days on next year. Can anyone from Aria help me please ? What is the real status of my order ? Thank you! Looking forward to hear good news.
