Just a quick question i could do with someone answering me if they have a spare minute.
Basically i put an order in the on the website a few days back to the value of £288.44. During the last stage of the order the aria website crashed with a db error. I called the aria sales line to check the other hadn't gone through so i wouldn't be charged twice and i was told it definately hadn't gone through. I then put my order in over the phone instead which arrived yesterday.
I have since checked my visa card and i have actually been charged twice for the goods so im £288.44 down on my visa after being told the first order hadn't gone through.
How long will it take to get a refund on this? Does it normally get processed asap because ive spoken to a customer service person on the phone
