Hi Folks,

The company I work for is looking to replace our current support ticket system (or whatever you want to call it) due to costly licensing and it being quite over-complex. So I have been tasked to find some solid open source offering that could replace it and was just wondering what you lot currently use in your work place?

There is no real restrictions on this so all suggestions welcome, I have so far been looking at osTicket, eTicket and Open Technology Real Services offerings.

Cheers,
Dan

I was just looking at that one! It doesn't look that pretty though and that's what put me off, might be worth a look though. Need to get a few selected and then go through the business process of eliminating them. Cheers dude.

DT mentioned this one in a similar thread a while back. From a quick play with it, it looks decent.

Just read into it a bit more and does sound fairly useful, one that links into current login (we use LDAP) would be very handy indeed! And better mobile support hmmm....
