Hi All

I've just purchased one of these after some lengthy research for a nedia PC I'm building and having just received it this morning I'm confused and think I might have bought the wrong card.

I've just purchased a 1080p TV and wanter the graphics card to be able to output at that resolution.

The spec on this card is DVI 2560 x 1600 but on reading the box it says 1280 x 720p for HD output then elsewhere it says 1680 x 1050 over DVI then on the club3d website it says 720p/1080i :exclaim

Please help  Does anyone know if this card will output 1080p

Thanks in advance

Thanks Monkey but why would it give the other resolutions and not list 1080p anywhere?? :)

I am sure it will work at 1080, as to why it doesn't list 1080 on the box, who knows but it lists upto 2560x1600 and 1080 is less than that.

Try it as Lynx said then return it if it doesn't do 1080.

Ahh... just realised what your talkin boot!

It probably wont list that resolution on the box cos its a pc component and they generally dont stoop to say what low resolutions they support.

Like really poor looking tv's that use 1080p

Theyll just stick to showing what a pc can support at max resolution
