I was issued an RMA for the 32" arianet/teco i received faulty and i have sent the tv back today using DHL express next day when i made the rma request i selected a replacement but i notice its out of stock could this be changed to a refund instead because i dont want to be waiting ages for stock to come in and then might get another faulty tv anno thats probly impossible but im just paranoid :coffee:

if you could that would be great i know this may take like 3 days to do but i would rather that than wait more time for new stock to arrive

as soon as your TV gets looked at your refund should take 3-5 days to go back on your card... we are busy at the mo so please bear with us :)

The TV was tested as working fine, you need to check the cables you where using it with.

we tested it with a PC and the inbuilt freeview.
i have also sent it for fuurther retesting with scart sources
please could you advise which ports you had it connected with?

was using Dtv tuner no ports other than that and it was givng an snow effect with blue bots coming down and across this screen which to me is a fault because all LCDs ive seen dont have little blue dots ohh and it was ghosting very badly so how can it be working correctly
