I just receved my parts to day to dint that my Artic Freezer 7 pro to be damaged! The Thermal Interface material on the bottom seems to have been used! The fins on the bottom at the back are bent all funny as if someone has done it and the locking pins are all bent outwards! :S Come on how the heck did all that happen! :mad: I need this replaced ASAP! RMAs take ages i hear. IM NOT HAPPY!!!!
How is that poor service? Its just a bad product. Call an RMA and put all your toys back in the pram...

after 9am and send them pics they should be able to do a swap out on this for you.
I concur, just ring cserv they will sort it. Now and again faulty products make it through arctic coolings QC.
Its all packaged up waiting to go to the post office. I need this for xmad day as its a christmas present.
why dont you order another one and then get a refund on the one you're sending back? :)

How quickly would i get the refund then? So i can go and buy this now? Will i get P&P refunded as well both ways?
Why not just be out of pocket of £11 approx fan cost, order new one and return faulty one for full refund?

That is what i have done. I have ordered a new on and Jon if you can change my RMA from Replacement to refund ill be happy again :D Thanks
