Hello,
The hard drive in my Powerbook G4 (mac) has died and I was thinking of replacing it with a 160GB Samsung IDE 2.5" Laptop Hard Drive (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Hard+Drives/Laptop/IDE/160GB+Samsung+IDE+2.5%22+Laptop+Hard+Drive+?produc tId=33977), does anyone know if this will work?
Thank you
Get a PCHelpful as always..
I would imagine that the hard drive you listed would work.. I'm pretty sure the G4 Powerbooks used IDE hard drives, but just hang on until someone else replies to be doubly sure :)

Thanks for the link
No worries mate, you should still get a pc :P
If it's not for gaming then I don't see why.

Concur.. Definitely PC for games.. But for anything else, take your pick just on what OS you prefer. And how much you have to spend...

Im just biased towards macs
