Hi there

My order : EC1054395 Seems to be lost, its not been delivered.
City-link don’t have any information on the tracking code: APV15949

The Order Was dispatched on Thursday could you look in to this for me and check the tracking code for errors as it’s not working on the city-link website it said “Job Number 'APV15949' Does Not Exist” Which was after i got an email saying it had been dispatched.

And from reading the forum it becomes active when it gets to the depot but mines seems to have got lost between aria and city-link's depot.


Can anybody give a suggestion on whats happened.

It seems like the small item you ordered has been put in the larger item and that has a different tracking number.

Best bet is to contact customer services directly (http://www.aria.co.uk/Support/Contact+Aria) and they should be able to help you :)

Were these two seperate orders?

I only ask because that would incur two lots of shipping fee, for what is actually now one package.

No it was just the one order and its still not here getting a bit annoyed with fedex because they should have a better transport link in order to make sure they delivery on time

Hi this a follow up to the current situation atfer i got a response from customer services regarding my delivery delay they said that they had been in contact with fedex and that it would take them 48 hours to find out whats happening with the package its getting nearer to the 48 hours

@ 5 pm that will be the 48 hours up and im just wondering whats going to happen because i have been near enough a week without my order or my money and if they have misplaced it i would like to know if i replacement order can be shipped asap until fedex sort there mess out with aria or will i get a full refund as i need the tv by tomorrow at the latest or theres no point and i will be looking for a full refund by the end of tomorrow

Could someone look in to this matter as urgent
