I would change the gpu and psu

i would change the GPU for
this Sapphire ATi Radeon HD 4850 1024MB PCI-E2.0 (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/PCI-E/ATI+Radeon+4000+Series/Sapphire+ATi+Radeon+HD+4850+1024MB+PCI-E2.0+?productId=33452)
this ATi Radeon HD 4870 512MB PCI-E 2.0 RET (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/PCI-E/ATI+Radeon+4000+Series/ATi+Radeon+HD+4870+512MB+PCI-E+2.0+RET+?productId=33638)
or BFG GeForce GTX 260 OCX 896MB PCI-E 2.0 (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/PCI-E/nVIDIA+GTX+260%2F280+Series/BFG+GeForce+GTX+260+OCX+896MB+PCI-E+2.0+?productId=33447)

You will be happy with spending the little xtra on either of these cards, not neccesarily these models though, just picked the cheapest of them all for you

I would change the PSU for something like
this OCZ 600W StealthXStream PSU (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/500w+%2B/OCZ+600W+StealthXStream+PSU+?productId=26933) or
this PC Power & Cooling SILENCER 610 (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/500w+%2B/PC+Power+%26+Cooling+SILENCER+610+?productId=27381 )

If it's primarily for gaming I'd go for core2duo instead of quad.
Keep an eye on the super specials for graphics cards.
Also I was gonna get that mobo but was told not to, go for the p5q-e, p5q pro or this (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Motherboards/Socket+775+(Intel)/Gigabyte+GA-EP45C-DS3R+iP45+Express+Socket+775+Motherboard+?productI d=33329) gigabyte board.
