View Full Version : How about some real customer service
Ordered 300 quid worth of stuff in August and it went missing in transit before it was delivered.
Despite 2 phone calls ("we'll call you back and let you know progress" - they never did bother)
Half a dozen emails (get an automated response that says there will be a follow up - there never has been)
Still 300 quid down after over 2 months.
I've given up on trying to get any sort of honourable or decent service out of Aria. I certainly will never be using you again, but for the poor suckers who still use this company, how about actually employing some staff that actually care instead of happy to steal my money and fob me off with bs.
Post your EC order number
****ylink on the rob again?
Aria should know that's who!
Sh!ttylink are without doubt the worst courier service in the uk imho.
I've had to complain to Aria, ****** and another supplier who i forget the name of now about undelivered parcels. All 3 used sh!ttylink.
You can't always fob it off on the courier, even though they suck. Suppliers have to take it on the chin too, for using such retards!
*steps off soap box.....exit stage right** :D
citylink problems are well known so we can leave it out of this thread and get the customer sorted :)
I've now had my refund processed, so many thanks to the forum mods here for oiling the wheels.

Amtrak, ANC, DHL, DHS, Fedex from past experience i've had are all 100% worse!
it dont matter what badge is on the shirt/van it only takes 1 in a depo somewhere and the whole co are tw@s
no? in truth how many people do you tell when you get the service you pay for??? then think how many you tell about the 1 balls up that they did that month.

I must admit I have great service from our local CityLink depot and yes have had had bad, at the moment it is good great set of drivers at the moment. I did have problems when I had deliveries sent direct to my home, but now I have order delivered to my work place and now no problem.

Lol If you mean the Marines they left Deal years ago.
My father was based there in the early 70s.
He was a Sergent Major in 40 Commando.
Lol, i know i was just thinking he'd be a relative of one, and/or maybe following the family line or something.
There's green lids all over Kent.

Lol Hell yes :)
Hi wonderlust and k.jacko I was a member of H.M. Royal Marines, I must admit not a very good one, then joind the Kent Fire Brigade much more my cup of tea. But would not have missed the experience of being a Royal Marine and am proud to have served and been a cabage head. But that was a long time ago and when I was in I knew Nelson.
PS My grandfather was a Pongo RSM 1st Bat Scots Guards and senior RSM in the army in the 1920's .After the first week at Deal RSM Thomas came and asked each one of the recuits on our squad why they joined the Royal Marines, when he came to me I answered I wanted to go in the Guards but was to short. That went down like a lead balloon and from that day forward at the depot I seemed to be on extra drill for some reason, cannot think why.

I did not know there was one, I will look into that as I reach the magic age of 65 in April and will have more time on my hands.
Just Googled it is not on there so will try the local library, perhaps it has stoped running.

If you are that old when and where were you in the marines?
It is possible that was the same time as my dad :)
