First time I'd seen a Base jumping vid when someone was wearing a wingsuit, OMG

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aWhk8stZvc&feature=player_embedded

Unfortunately the guy in the vid, had a failed jump... live by the sword....

It's amazing to watch but it's crazy dangerous. I wouldn't do that if someone put a gun to my head lol.

Definitely something I wanna try. The closest you'll ever get to flying without any kind of engine or rocket.

He might have only lived till he was 35, but he probably got more of a buzz out of that one jump than some poor people get out of the whole miserable, boring lives. Kudos to him.

When I first saw it I was thinking "that must be with a hang glider" then thought must've been photoshopped (or the rather the video equivalent), then man o man some crazy mofos out there!

This is not aimed at you btw just in general :)

If you're living on your own with no close relatives this is fine.

But it's rather greedy to do this knowing you could die when you have a family to support because they wont get the same buzz when they have to arrange the funeral.

Not so long back someone linked to a red bull sponsored top-10 jumps from around the world, included in that video were a pair who flashed past a hillside vantage point at what must have been touching 200mph, missing the outcrop by feet and proceeding to run parallel to the ground, again around 30feet or so at the same speed. Nuts
