In the last couple of weeks the price pc6400 has jumped, Geil 2GB match pair was £140 now £174. Its the same for all the companies, jumped from £140-£150 to £170-£180.

Its caught me out and it looks like I will to pay more. Seems AMD's move to DDR has caused huge demand from pc makers like dell who are buying up as much as possible.

The price of RAM has increased quite a bit in the past few months. Back in February i got a 512MB PC3200 for £18. Same one costs over £32 now. I think RAM hit its cheapest ever run during Summer 2005. Every now and then the prices fluctuate massively either one way or the other.
