I cancel my order yesterday, the order made on 8-10-08 night. But I still get a order dispatched email and got my money deducted from my bank account.
I tracked the order with city-link this is what i get:
18:49 Thursday, October 9, 2008 Goods collected
03:02 Friday, October 10, 2008 Arrived at Delivery Branch
07:00 Friday, October 10, 2008 Goods loaded onto a van
09:28 Friday, October 10, 2008 Goods Delivered
14:41 Friday, October 10, 2008 On route to delivery branch
What is the meaning of this? I mean I cancel, they deducted the full amount from my bank account and yet not a single notice of my ordered being cancel. Is it me or is the service provided by aria this bad?
