Rather than programming your own which is practically impossible.

Download some free forum software, my personal favourite is SMF (Simple Machines) but others include PHPBB and MyBB.

phpBB is probably the most popular free choice.

Have you bought hosting yet for your forum/website?
Reason I ask is that most commercial hosting will have forum software built in, as an option. You just log on to your hosting control panel, go to the software section, where you can choose to install many types of software onto the server.

Go for PHPbb3, don't go code your own in dreamweaver, :) :lol:
