ITV4 9pm this week, Isle of Man TT, well worth a watch to see what real speed/risk is all about.

When you consider last years 5-win rider Ian Hutchinson managed to snap Tibia and Fibula in one leg to the point where he was facing amputation, then he does a parade lap with a cage round his injury, or fan-fave Guy Martin escaping death by the skin of his teeth at last years meet, it makes you appreciate the iron nads these competitors have to get on and try again (and again in most cases)

Used to visit a mate who lived there, remember driving round like an idiot in a peugot 205 1.9 gti and nearly killing ourselves, yet being overtaken by nutters on bikes doing even sillier speeds.

Was a lot of fun though :)
