http://www.schwartz.co.uk/productdetail.cfm?id=5203

Sitfry the chicken in a wok over high heat for 5 mins until browned,
add the peppers, onions and mushrooms stirfry for a couple of minutes

sprinkle some soy sauce on, squeeze on honey to taste, grind some black pepper, stirfry a another few minutes

Add 1-2 tablespoons thai 7 mix, then pour on a little off the boil water, stirfry for another 2 minutes.

Total stirfry time 10-12 mins. from raw chicken.

Can be eaten with rice, or spooned into tortilla's like fajitas.

If you want it even hotter dice some chillies and stirfry in at the beginning.

BBQ chicken

roast 2 skinless chicken breasts in tinfoil for 20-25 minutes.
Grill or fry 4 rashers of bacon.
once chicken is cooked smother chicken in a bbq sauce (heinz do a good one) place cooked bacon on top and grate cheese on top of this. grill until cheese melted.

serve with chips, side salad and coleslaw.
