Parcel Farce

Well I suppose i should blame myself...

i ordered a Samsung F1 500Gb and a Samsung TSH653B from another E-tailer as they were significantly cheaper than Aria.

Well said Cheaper company use Parcel Farce to do their deliveries...

Well I have never had any issues with City Link, now I wish I could say the same for Parcel Farce.

This morning I checked their tracking site and I see the Parcel has arrived at my local depot and is out for delivery. I wait in all day...

No delivery.

Tonight I check the tracking site and lo and behold what do I see...

Attempted delivery...

I take it the fact that the parcel (possibly) made it on the van is their idea of an attempted delivery!

Well as i said in the begining, serves me right for not buying from Aira...

Have to say I've never had a problem with citylink. I used parcelforce once to send a pc to a buyer and it almost didn't happen because the driver said it was improperly packaged.

Which was BS because my buyer said it was extremely well packaged.

well now I know why this e-tailer can do free postage, Parcel Farce must either be very cheap or perhaps they pay fines for situations like this... (cant see that some how)

I dont like sh!tty link because they always deliver at wrong times or take forever, and their depot is a good 50 miles away now when it used to be 2 miles away.

I always have the same problems with city link, they never leave a card but they always say they do, useless *******s

So it would appear that all courier companies leave a little to be desired?

Parcel Force SUCK !

Once i was waiting all day for a parcel and it said it was at my local depo which was (LIVERPOOL) and loaded onto a van for devliery so anyway waited all day and had nothing so rang them up at 4:30 and they said they dont stop work untill 7:30 so i waited till 8 at night and still nothing, i checked the tracking and it still said it was loaded onto a van for delivery.

Anyway it came the next day even thought the delivery should had come the day before because it was 24hr delivery.

no idea but every parcel i get it ALWAYS says its from the Liverpool Depot

well mine parcel's still showing as at the depot, been on to the e-tailer who assure me it's on the van, i am not convinced...
