Is anyone there to help with my harddrive problem from aria

will some one please sort this out now. I ordered a external hard drive it came with a broken dc adaptor. aria customer service said they doubted it came like that twice when i phone explaining i had no pc to send them pics. borrowed the neighbours laptop and sent them there stupid pictures and they then said they could send out a replacement the next day to my home address. Yesterday they sent to original address so no swap could be done. on phone to them most day they apparently cant do same day delivery even though when you are on hold it tells you over and over they can. they said it would be with me first thing today. so the city link man just came to take the broken one with nothing to replace it so i didnt let him take it and he said that they only work till 12. Will some one at aria please call me or sort out the drive getting to me. I need to fix my disabled mothers computer. she is very upset to the point she sees no point in life as she cant get her shopping etc etc and thinks she is a burden on me. I think it is out of order to tell me two days in a row that it will come when it is not. use another company that can fast track one or get in a f**king car and drive it down to here. Closing your lines all week end is not on. Penny Burnaby ps I will continue to post until some one takes notice and i really feel that there should be some compensation for the fact that you have made a bad situation ten times. I have had no sleep as I have had to talk to my mum all nigsht on the phone as she can not talk to her on line friends that she normally does when she is unable to sleep. the thing is as we dont drive it looks like you have now managed to make it that she wont have her computer till wednesday at the earliest for when we can get some one to take it over due to the fact that i wont be able to send it over tomor (would have taken me most of day to do but may have just about been able to do it all) if it doesnt get here soon i will be to tired to fix it and i will have to man hall shopping to mums as she wont be able to do it on line. I really want some one to talk to me now!!!!!!!!

i can not get anyone to answer me hope everyone at aria is having weekend cos im not and then in the week is my bf going to have to sit in case it turns up and we cant physically be in all day everyday we will have to do other things (like look after mum work etc):mad:

I can understand your position, but its not fair to use your mums disability to get special treatment, my mum has cancer but i dont use that for favours, like say, 'can you get me this quickly because my mums got cancer.' If youve phoned them and they said they will send it out, then you are most likely to get it monday, as City Link dont deliver on weekends, in my experience.

Also, it might be worth posting your order number, so that when an Aria person sees the post, they can go directly to your order instead of having to wait around for you to post back :)
