View Full Version : Good Video Editing Suite - Ubuntu
Afternoon all,
Anyone got an opinion on the best video editing suite for Ubuntu?
Or should I just go for UbuntuStudio?
Cheers!!!!
Not something I've ever done in linux.
Reasonable looking round up of 5 alternatives here though:

Kdenlive have just released their latest version and its fantastic and I would highly recommend it.
Kdenlive is good!
It depends what you're after though.
If you want the full works then definitely Kdenlive, it's probably the best on Linux at the moment.
If you want to just cut video / audio clips, do a few transitions and so on then Blender also has such capabilities, also the 2.61 interface is incredibly nice now (coded from scratch).
I've attached a screenshot of my dual screen video editing set up.
