pretty much any case can be used for watercooling, some just need a lot more creative thinking than others ;)

Some are simply more accommodating than others, take the width for example, some like antec like to trim the width to the minimum, then wonder why they have trouble with larger air coolers, or 120mm RADS on the rear panel (for example their water cooling kits wont fit in there P193 top of the range case!!)
