Recommendations for a new mobo?

I'll be getting a Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66 GHz (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/CPUs+%2F+Processors/Intel/Core+2+Duo/Intel+Core+2+Duo+E8200+2.66GHz+%28Retail+775%29+?p roductId=30242) in a week or 2, and i'll need a new motherboard because my current one is AMD.

So basically I need one of you guys to recommend a Intel mobo that will support this processor and be in the £40-£70 range. I would like it to have SLI/Crossfire Compatibility, though I don't mind which. Also if possible could it be a good overclocker, as i have read that people have oc'd this CPU to 4GHz, so i will very much like to overclock it.

My mate has recommended this one ASUS P5K Intel iP35 Socket 775 (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Motherboards/Socket+775+%28Intel%29/ASUS+P5K+Intel+iP35+Socket+775+Motherboard+?produc tId=27298) is it what I'm looking for?

I dont think power will be an issue as i have a OCZ GameXstream 600w PSU, and i have an Antec 900 so the size of the mobo shouldn't really matter much, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

MSI P35 Neo2-Fr at around £64 which is well within your budget but it'd be nice if you could go the extra mile and buy the Asus P5K-E at £89

I would however persuade you against the E8200 as it's discontinued and the E8400 is replacing it at the same price point
