Faulty chip help please :)

Hello, so I know my computer has got the faulty chip from intel, and it has gone back to it's underclocked state, however I have had a lot on inthe past few months and not had time to send it back and will probably not be able to for another month, my question is will they still change it if I send it of in a month? :):):):):)

they should do as the warranty is a year long with aria, would be best to give them a ring on Tuesday tho
