prefer 9 cell battery.
not bothered if windows is installed or not.

If you can wait and save, get a Eee Pad Transformer. Has 8 Hour battery + Another 14 if it has the keyboard base thing attached, a multi touch Honeycomb tablet with a keyboard that detaches
