I was thinking the same, but its Triple channel memory not dual channel so each sticks capacity can get away with being smaller and thus cheaper

Strange logic, as you are using one extra PCB for the memory. It's just a great deal :D

But still, its £40 for 6GB DDR3 :thumb:

Good deal for the RAM!!

I spent £200 to get my 4x2GB Kingston @ 1600MHz!
That was only less than a year ago.

Wonder why Aria does not sell RAM that goes beyond 1600MHz?
I'm looking for RAM at 2000+MHz, something like corsair vengence with dual channel 2x4GB or 4x4GB.

My logic was that it costs more money to get more memory into the same surface area of a chip. If you get 6GB of dual mem you need sticks that can hold 3GB each. If your spreading it across three then cheaper memory modules can be used as you need to get 33% less chips into the same surface area.

Strange logic tbh. You don't get 6GB dual channel, you get 4GB or 8GB and I think you'd be hard pressed to find even 4GB at that spec that much cheaper than the 6GB tri-channel.

It is a bargain plain and simple! :thumb:
