YES, i have a complaint for Aria, hard for some to believe but here it is.
Grrrrr so i get to Aria to collect my PC. I get there and a guy said i need to pay £41.13, i asked him why, and he said because my hard drive wasnt broken. So i said to him "my hard drive??" and he said yea and i would have to go to the sales desk to pay.
So off i went to the sales desk to pay £41.13 and i still couldnt understand why i had to pay because my hard drive wasnt broken when the reason my pc was in had nothing to do with my hard drive so im a little confussed.
Also i have 2Yrs-ONSITE warranty which i paid for which means they should have come to my house and fixed it then and there instead of meaning having to come and bring and pick my pc up and im 100% sure that my warranty i paid for (they no longer sell) covered parts & labour.
But again that leaves me to think why i should need to pay as when i rang up before i went to Aria to collect it i asked him what was wrong with it and he said it was because the heatsink was not properly connected and also some wires where in the wrong place or somthing. Now again, wtf, Aria are the ones who built this pc and Aria have always had my pc for repairs etc... never sent it to a local pc shop since i have the warranty so thats their fault not mine !
So again, why did i just have to pay £41.13 !!!
:evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::e vil:
PS: also why was i not told about this charge, i rang him up before i came to pick it up and also he left a message on my answering phone and did not say anything about a charge. thank god i brought my Visa.
