Hi, First post so apologies if in wrong place!
I need to send a motherboard back as it seems to have died. Got an RMA but am a little scared as I can not find ALL of the little bits and pieces that cam in the package and as good lady has "cleaned up" the garage!

Does this mean that I am wasting my time? I hope not but do not want to waste time and money sending something back if they are going to charge me cos it is missing manual or driver CD.

Can anyone advise?

RMA212661

regards

WH

Your best bet is to ask Aria by calling them. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it but you best check rather than risk being billed postage and testing fee.

Returns Merchandise Authorisation or words to that effect

It's good to know that there's someone on the forum that doesn't mind being asked about RMA updates. Really helps the service.

I tested it and it is faulty but it has had to go to manufacturer which means it could be up to 28 days until it returns

I'm most impressed by the ability to send half a can without it spilling - I'm guessing it wasn't by royal mail?

How does RMA work? While we're thread hijacking. If I send something back, what's the minimum, average and maximum times known before a new/repaired component is back with the user?

Eg if it can't be fixed within x days, a replacement is sent?

wonderlust

Nope definiatly lager, makes stella seem like water :D

jonwoad

lol i'll give it a go one day!

As for turn around times, it depends on the age of the item, how it is sent back, and how busy we are... the maximum is 28 days from the day we get it, after that you can request a credit.

If its within a few days it can be in, tested, and out the same/next day.
