Anyone know what this is? I just can't figure it out.

It's on my laptop, beyond that I'm clueless. Screw holes left and right if that helps.

I don't think it's sound, graphics or eSata.

My laptop didn't come with a manual (nope, no idea why either)... I'm not stupid enough to ignore it if I had one.

It came with the whole "how to use windows" ****... but no manual. Didn't bother me at the time (I only use USB ports and the card reader) but now curiosity has piqued me.
