on start up I get 2 errors, No keyboard detected and USB device over current status detected I assume the motherboard is faulty? I'd call customer service but I've spent most of my money trying to upgrade and couldn't possibly afford the price of the call, I got told it's £1 a minute! So back to my problem, I understand if I send it back and it's not my motherboard I don't get squat and I get a "fine" if you wanna call it that, now it's made me very cautious and not want to send it back! I'm pretty sure it's my motherboard I hope I can get this confirmed, also multiple times on the aria website i've clicked the support button or asked a question about an item on its page and they havn't been answered I hope this time I'll get some help from all the feedback i've seen I would have thought I'd get the same amount of help around the site but so far I havn't.

What board, what are the other system specs?

iv been reading about the problem you have and one of the following should fix your problem:

Make sure you have connected the front USB (if you have any) correctly. Look at the motherboard Manual to check if you have placed the cables in the right place.
Make sure your motherboard has a USB Jumper on it, if not place one on
Update the BIOS

My internet went down the night after I'd posted this thread so my only option was to call customer services, I had to clear the RTC RAM and it works but I now have another problem, unfortuantly. My board is the Asus M2N-MX SE PLUS and with this board comes a built in graphics card, it doesn't seem to work surely without drivers installed it should accept monitors? Right now i'm using the ports on my NVIDIA 5200 it's PCI and if I didn't have it I wouldn't be able to get on my computer due to the built in graphics card not working, maybe I've missed something is it not just plug and play? Getting it to work isn't that big of a problem but if my graphics card randomly stops working I don't have an alternative.

Have you set onboard as default in bios?

Everything is set to the defaults, I'm scared to do anything incase I do it wrong but I checked the book and the bios just to make sure I hadn't done anything by accident and they're all default.

Go into the bios, the manual will show you what to do, then make sure that onboard is set, restart with the cable connected to mobo then.

Ok I set the only thing that had any relevance to the built in graphics card to enabled but it still doesn't work, I mean it doesn't even show up in the the settings tab or on the NVIDIA Control Panel it's like it's not there but it's in the manual. :S

Also, the drivers install if it didn't detect there's a graphics card there the setup would have quit; am I right in thinking that?
