Nice, but I always like to know the Dye used as this has an effect on the quality and longevity of the disc

hehe I do a similar thing when I cant make it down there, buy a few cables I need and try and find cheap things to top it up to over £20 so its delivered free :D

Dye used is essential as different drives prefer to burn different media. Also might be worth you "road testing" some disks. Maybe a little list of what burned disks have been tested on by the staff. Lots of DVD disks have mixed results on standalone players, CD's are a bit better, Dual Layers are the worst of the lot struggling on most standalones, 360's, Wii's, etc.

I remember a thread about this, and i remember replying that for Disc media, there was only really one name you should be looking at, Taiyo Yuden ..... or otherwise now known as JVC Media ;)

Rip them out of DVD format, with all of its clutter, and you can usually fit them on to smaller disks.

Avoid using anything illegal, of course.
