Which Power Supply?

This is a rough look at what I'm going to be running:

Case - Antec 900
CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz
Memory - OCZ 4GB PC2-8000 Platinum
HDD - 500 GB Samsung HD502IJ Spinpoint (might add a 1TB one at some point)
Optical Drive - Samsung 22x SH-S223F DVD±RW
Sound - Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio PCI-Express

Would this PSU be good enough:

OCZ 780W ModXStream Modular PSU (http://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/OCZ+780W+ModXStream+Modular+PSU+?productId=29097) or would I be better going up to 900w?

Graphics card is likely to be one of the new 4850s or 4870s, haven't made my mind up yet.
