Asus P5N-D (Bios Problem)

just want to ask something about the problem in my motherboard...

as you can see last night i tried to upgrade the bios then when it was done it asked me if i want to restart i chose yes then it opened, then a moment later it shutdown then when i opened it the bios doesnt respond anymore... it was stucked with black screen, i cant hear the beep sound too... please help me

have you cleared the cmos?

Well should you come back and read this:-

If clearing the Cmos didn't work, do you have your manual and the Asus CD available?

If so read Page 4-9 section 4.1.6, which details booting of the Asus CD will recover the bios.

so will it work even if my monitor stays in stand by mode?? coz i tried clearing the CMOS but it didnt work...

I guess so, I have not been in your situation with an Asus board.
